Guide to Transferring Your Domain and Hosting to WebM

Welcome to WebM! We’re here to make your transition as seamless as possible. This guide outlines the steps and information required to transfer your domain and access your existing hosting.

What We Need From You

Domain Details
  • Domain Registrar: Please provide the name of the registrar where your domain is currently registered.
  • Domain Login: Access credentials for your domain registrar.
Hosting Details
  • Current Hosting Provider: The name of your current hosting provider.
  • Hosting Control Panel: Login credentials for your hosting control panel.
Authorization Code
  • Retrieve and provide the EPP code (also known as the transfer authorization code) from your current registrar.
Cloudflare Integration
  • We use Cloudflare to ensure a secure, uninterrupted server connection. Please provide us with access to your domain to set this up. You can also delegate your access to us; see the options below for domain registrar providers and follow the corresponding process.

Steps to Transfer

Delegate Your Access

If you prefer not to share your login details, you can delegate access to us directly through your domain registrar. Simply pick one of the following providers and follow the process outlined on their platform:

    Log in to your Account Manager (Member-A).

    Select the product or service that you want to manage.

    On the product page, scroll down to the Administration section.

    Hover your mouse over the contact you want to delegate, then click Assign New.

    Select the Existing Customer option, then enter alexei_aus.

    Click Assign New ID.

    Go to your GoDaddy Account Settings. If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in.

    Click Delegate Access.

    In the People who can access my account section, click Invite to Access.

    Enter the Email – address.

    Click Invite. We’ll send the person an email invitation to access your account. Once the person accepts, we’ll let you know. That’s it!

To send an invite:

    Go to Roles & Permissions in your site’s dashboard.

    Click Invite People.

    Enter your collaborator’s email address.

    Select the checkbox next to the relevant role/s.

    Click Send Invite.
